Tom Has more than 34 years experience, handling a broad variety of civil litigation matters.He has experience in handling insurance coverage matters and representing clients in insurance coverage and insurance subrogation litigation.He has experience with product liability, premises liability, wrongful death, personal injury and automobile liability claims, including uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage claims.He has experience representing contractors in construction defect litigation.He has litigated hundreds of cases over his legal career. Prior to forming Clements and Knock in 2000, he was a partner in the firms of Mercer and Zinder and Zinder, Blackburn, Park, Clements and Keenan, statewide civil litigation firms. He has litigated matters located in numerous California counties over his legal career.

Rick H. Knock, Partner
Bio
Rick has been practicing for over twenty-three years primarily in civil litigation and has significant trial experience. He handles employment law, Americans with Disability Acts, and business cases on a regular basis for automobile dealers, large manufacturers, and financial institutions. After graduation from college he held the position of State Campaign Coordinator for United Cerebral Palsy of South Carolina for two years, leading fundraising efforts throughout the State. He next served as a Surface Warfare Officer and Engineering Duty Officer in the United States Navy for twenty years. He provides legal counsel to members of veteran organizations at a reduced rate. Upon retiring from the Navy as a Lieutenant Commander, Rick practiced law as an associate with Mercer & Zinder, then Zinder, Blackburn, Park, Clements & Keenan, until forming a partnership in Clements & Knock, LLP, in 2000. He has been the lead trial attorney in cases from San Francisco to San Diego and is intimately familiar with the rules of each State and Federal court.
